We therefore recommend that you do not jail break or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone as security features and it could mean that the Join Easy Shopping app would not work properly or at all.

User Information: We collect Email and Phone Number while you register on JoinEasyShopping App, which is required for App features.
Other Permissions: If provided Storage permission to App while in Use ,Users can download invoices for Orders placed. For Sellers Profile, this permission is required to upload Product data including images.

You can choose to delete all your details from JoinEasyShopping App, by using Delete Account Feature given for logged in Users. After deleting account from JoinEasyShopping App, Users will not be able to use any features of app and will not receive any communications.

Terms and Conditions for Customers Registrations:

1. JoinEasyShopping App is a just a channel for shopping from your trusted Shopkeepers and you. JoinEasyShopping is not responsible for any issues related to Orders, Products Qualities and deliveries.

2. When you are choosing store and placing orders on JoinEasyShopping App, please make sure that you personally know the shopkeeper/Seller as Orders are completely handled by Sellers and JoinEasyShopping App is not involved in any of the order management process.

3. Payments for orders on JoinEasyShopping are directly handled by Sellers. Please contact your Sellers to know if they have any Digital Payment channels available for online payment like card payment, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other payment option Shopkeeper may have.

4. If any of the electronics products are being sold on JoinEasyShopping then Shopkeeper must send its Warranty/Guarantee related documents along with Invoice to Customers at the time of delivery. Customers need to ensure the receipt of such documents personally with Seller/Shopkeeper. JoinEasyShopping should not be held responsible.

Terms and Conditions for Seller Registration and Stock Listings:

1. After setting store online, Shopkeeper/Seller must complete his profile to receive orders from customers. Unless profile is not complete, JoinEasyShopping App will not allow customers to Place order in shop. In this registration process, Shopkeeper/Seller must provide requested documents from JoinEasyShopping Team as a process on onboarding. These documents are requested by JoinEasyShopping Team over email for verification purpose only.

2. Images of the products uploaded by sellers are either of original products or sometimes images of the brands of which items are being sold. In case of brand images, Copyright of these images are completely with those companies and not with JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd. JoinEasyShopping App is using these images for informational purpose only and no copyrights reserved by JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd for any images other than Company Logo.

3. JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves every right to remove restricted contents from Sellers Product Catalogue. Sellers are not allowed to sell or advertise any of the restricted products on this site. Please Refer Restricted Products on JoinEasyShopping. [Restricted products are: Alcoholic beverages, Dietary Supplements, Drugs and pharmaceuticals, Explosives, Weapons, and Related Items, Tobacco & Tobacco-Related Products, Animals & Animal-Related Products]

You should be aware that there are certain things that JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you donat have any of your data allowance left.

If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged a if it runs out of battery and you can not turn it on to avail the Service, JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltdas responsibility for your use of the app, when you are using the app, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android a the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and youall need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. JoinESY Solutions Pvt Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
